What you will do:
As a Maintenance Technician, you will respond to service calls for electrical, plumbing and appliance repairs in a friendly, courteous and expedient manner; and, you will help to prepare vacant apartments for new residents to move in.
What you need to be successful:
Qualified Maintenance Technicians will have tools, reliable transportation, and a valid driver's license; and, will also be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
