We are currently looking for a maintenance technician to help operate a 252 unit apartment complex.
Hours of operation ; Monday - Friday 8-5
Fulltime position
The following are requirements
Must have EPA certification
Must be knowledgeable in plumbing, electrical, a/c, heat, and appliances
Must own his/her own tools
Must have own vehicle
Checks out maintenance issue with maintenance clerk and manager
Maintain control over equipment and supplies with maintenance clerk and manager
Pick up parts when needed
Make calls to vendors, regarding repairs
Coordinate maintenance staff first thing in the morning
Check out maintenance issues and report
Check maintenance order procedures
