Case Management Nurse Director

The Case Management Nurse Director will become responsible for an outstanding team of healthcareprofessionals, to include Case Management RNs, Licensed Social Workers LSW, and ancillary staff. Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer CFO, the RN Director Case Management will direct and oversee all case management activities throughout the facility including utilization management, patient discharge to home and rehab, insurance authorization, performance improvement, departmental budget and other assigned duties. The Case Management Nurse Director RN will become an integral member of the hospital interdisciplinary team, serving as a strong and positive leader and transformational change agent.

Requirements for theCase Management Nurse Director role will include:

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, Master's Degreepreferred
• RN Licensure in the State of Louisiana or Compact State RN Licensure
• 5+ years progressive leadership experience inCase Management CM
