Registered Nurses(RN) to provide skilled nursing care to medically complex infants, toddlers, and young children in ourPediatric Day Healthcare Center. All hours Monday – Friday. No weekends, nights or holidays!Previous pediatric experience isrequired.If you are passionate about kids, this is an outstanding opportunity to develop specialized skills and gain nursing experience in a fun pediatric setting.COVID-19 Precautions:AveannaHealthcare has instituted strict COVID-19 protocols in addition to CDC recommendations to provide a safe and healthy environment for our employees and high-risk pediatric patients. - Temperature and daily COVID screenings
- Sanitizing, disinfecting, and frequent cleaning procedures
- ActiveLANursing License
- At least one year of pediatric nursing experience is required
- Current Healthcare Provider CPR certification (can be obtained during orientation)
- Provide skilled nursing care to children ages birth to 8 years old in a developmentally appropriate center-based setting
- Follow physician orders for plan of care and provide documentation of care delivered
- Administration of prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies
- Participate as a vital member of our multidisciplinary team
- Available shifts are Monday – Friday; DAYTIME ONLY; No nights and no weekends
