BNL Property Preservation, INC is a privately owned and operated business. Founded in 2009, we service Louisiana,Texas and Florida with property preservation field services.

Due to unprecedented growth we are looking to hire, esp. in Shreveport and surrounding areas. Contractors joining our team will be hired as 1099 (self-employed) employees. As an independent contractor professional, you must possess your own tools, equipment (i.e., truck, tools, trailers, etc.), camera, laptop or computer with access to the internet access (must be comfortable on internet) and phone. Full field crews are needed.

Professional services to be provided include but are not limited to Lawn care (mowing, weed eating, edging, trimming shrubs, etc) Bidding on work needed to cure issues Completing Bid Approvals as received, Before and after pictures Trash outs and debris removal Detailed cleaning of appliances, bathrooms, kitchens, etc. Changing locks Securing homes and some minor repairs. You will also purchase your own supplies/materials for lock changes, wints, bid approvals, etc.

BNL provides full workloads for all crews, office support and continued training. Our success is based on your success. This position requires deadline adherence and time management skills. Many projects must be completed within a 24, 48, or 72 hour required time frames. Date and time-stamped photos and documentation will be uploaded to our office daily.

IMPORTANT Work Areas: BNL places vendors into work zones depending on the county in which they reside, which means work orders assigned to a vendor in their specific zone must be accepted. (Note: A zone consists of several counties which are grouped together to help insure the majority of work orders are no more than one hour away from a vendor's business residence.) A vendor may work outside of their work zone if desired, but the vendor must be willing and able to accept and complete those work orders assigned within in their own zone first.
