Growing renovation and construction firm is looking for an experienced, intelligent, and reliable construction foreman. The ideal candidate would have experience in a supervisory role, and sufficient knowledge and experience in construction including renovation best practices. We rely heavily on our employees recommendations on how we can improve as a company, and expect our employees to provide that feedback to their supervisors and company owners on a regular basis.
We operate in a relatively laid back environment, and expect our employees to be self motivated, reliable, and productive with or without explicit direction on what they should be working on. As foreman you would be held accountable for the productivity of your crew and any subcontractors that have been assigned to you to oversee.
Pay will be based on experience. 40 hours are guaranteed every week, and overtime/freelance work is also usually available if you'd like it. Professional licenses (plumbing, electrical, mechanical, etc) would be a plus and would garner higher wages.
