Performance Flex Serve is an Express Tunnel Car Wash and Oil Change facility located 1 block north of 70th St. and Youree Dr. in southeast Shreveport. Our hours of operation are 7:45am to 7:00pm, Monday thru Saturday; 11:45am to 6:00pm on Sunday.
Seeking applicant for Light-Duty Mechanic, Lube Tech, Car Wash Drive-On Area Attendant, and Car Wash Maintenance.
If entry level, we will train.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Interacting with our retail customers
- Explaining our products and services available to our customers
- Servicing vehicle engine bay requirements, conducting carwash vehicle loading procedures and policies, wash equipment general maintenance.
- Adhering to Work and Safety Procedures
Qualifications:
- No prior commercial oil change experience is required. Mechanical aptitude desired. Employees are given on-the-job training.
- Ability to communicate and consult with customers regarding their needs.
- Provide Customer Service
- Light computer skills required to prepare customer orders
- Ability to read and understand technical operating, service and repair manuals
- Ability to use engine diagnostic equipment
- Use hand and/or power tools
- Punctual and diligent in adhering to work schedules
- Ability to pass Drug Testing/Screening, Background Checks
- Provide appropriate references
