- Perform initial teardown of vehicle
- Perform all repair procedures according to factory specifications and company policy.
- Follow all company policies
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment
- Perform all repairs in a timely manner
- Must have a minimum of 4 years of experience with light auto body repairs exclusively (bumpers/small side panel repairs)
- Ability to work at a fast pace and delivery quality repairs
- Knowledge of light auto body repairs including R&I
- Ability to respect working in a clean " State of the Art" facility
- Ability to work in a team atmosphere
- Effective communication and interactive skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Experience with BMW's a bonus
- Ability to perform demo at time of interview
- Valid Driver's License, Background and Drug test required
