Requirements and Qualifications: BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, MIS, or equivalent with 8 years relevant industry experience 5 years experience in Microsoft Technologies e.g. .Net Framework v4.0 or above, C#, ASP.NET, SQL Server, Web API, MVC, Entity Framework Experience with Object Oriented Design and Software Craftsmanship with a strong background in object-oriented development techniques and solid principles Experience in an Agile/Scrum environment Experience participating in Peer Code reviews, extreme programming, pair programming and mob programming Experience with general Internet technologies (CSS3, HTML5, JavaScript, Angular), web standards and internet protocols Experience in building security modules or safeguarding confidential and Personally identifiable information (PII) data. Knowledge of FERPA is a plus.Ability to lead design sessions with decision makers, other Scrum Team members, system owners and end users. Hands-on experience building automated unit testsExperience creating technical specifications and test plans Experience developing and maintaining effective working relationships with business clients at all levels. Excellent communication (verbal/written), partnership and presentation skills. Demonstrated ability to learn and adapt to new technologies
