The project's purpose is to work with selected agencies to fully understand their program goals and facilitate necessary targets for IT plans to support and enhance those programs with technology. Key Responsibilities: Role Description: Consult with executive-level agency stakeholders to understand business goals; guide learning of IT staff in the process of working with executive stakeholders on planning processes; synthesizing multiple agency goals such that technologists can align appropriate roadmaps. Required Skills:
- Requires advanced skills in organizational planning and executive dialogue. (5 years)
- Requires understanding of state government structures and processes and experience providing consulting services to state government. (5 years)
- Requires demonstrated experience in teaching planning techniques to others. (5 years)
