Salesforce Developer

Job Description

• Lead and/or contribute to all aspects of report development projects
• Development of new reports as defined
• The Salesforce Developer gathers report requirements, conduct analysis, design solutions, and develop reports.
• Ensure that reports meet business requirements and goals, fulfill end-user requirements, and identify and resolve issues
• Provide detailed design and documentation of each report developed.
• The Salesforce Developer will maintain high customer satisfaction through the delivery of high-quality, timely, and thorough solutions to customer problems
• The Salesforce Developer will determine the scope and corresponding effort estimates for all report development
• Work closely with business partners to realize the full capabilities of Salesforce
• Create and maintain development and integration plans
• Share project experience/knowledge and mentor others to help build report development skills

• Minimum five (5) years experience as a Salesforce developer or Einstein Analytics and Discovery Consultant focused on developing reports and dashboards and supporting reporting activities within Agile projects
• Minimum 2 -3 years of experience in Developing Einstein reports in Tableau CRM (formerly Einstein) platform and advising on solutions that adhere to platform best practices and performing peer code reviews. Experience should include custom platform development (SAQL, JSON), Dataflow and Binding solutions, Configure Out of the Box
• Minimum five (5) years of experience in configuring Data Sources to extract data from Salesforce sources

• Minimum five (5) years of experience in relational database concepts such as SQL and data modeling
• Minimum five (5) years of experience in traditional BI concepts such as ETL
• Minimum five (5) years of experience in Dashboard and UX design
• Minimum 5 years of experience in mapping functional requirements to Salesforce.com features and functionality.
