MS Azure Administrator/ VDI Systems AdministratorLocation: Brunswick-MaineContract RoleJob Summary / Objectives:The IT VDI Systems Administrator role will have the primary responsibility to manage the Azure Windows Virtual Desktop host pool and related resources. Additionally, the VDI administrator will take part in the day-to-day administration of the Azure tenant. This position requires deep expertise in Microsoft 365 and Azure. Duties include managing the virtual resources and using PowerShell scripts to tune VM and host pool parameters, loading software as needed and deploying virtual resources to users based on their group or individual needs and using the FSLogix tools to manage profiles in the VDI environment. aria-hidden="true" aria-hidden="true" The IT VDI System Administrator is responsible for administering Microsoft Office365, Azure Active Directory, Azure Windows Virtual Desktops with a secondary responsibility to manage Teams, SharePoint Online, Office365 Data Loss Prevention and third-party support tools (ManageEngine, RMM tools etc.) aria-hidden="true" aria-hidden="true" The IT VDI Systems Administrator provides support to other IT and Enterprise Service Desk staff with the primary purpose of administering the MS Azure AD based VDI environment.
