Job Description
We are seeking a Clinical Supervisor to join our team in Fairfield!Working as a School Based Clinical Supervisor for Connections for Kids, you will provide individual therapy and support for students with a mental health diagnosis and you will oversee and provide day to day oversight and expertise to our team of BHP's who provide one-on-one, in-classroom support to thosestudents.
You will coordinate with client familiesand work in tandem with school personnel to provide behavioral management skills and a path to success forour clients.Our Clinical Supervisorsare provided with weekly, in-depth, individual supervision and support, and participate in a monthly consultation with our experienced clinical team to learn the latest innovative trauma treatment.
At CFK you'll be an involved member of our team where your practice is valued.This is a full time position following the school calendar, and includes a modified Extended School Year Program between July and August.Qualifications
If you…- Are a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW-cc or LCSW), LCPC, or LCPC-cc in the state of Maine,
- Have 1-2 years of total work experience with children and families,
- Supervisory experience preferred,
- Have a Master’s degree in Social Work or Counseling,
- Have a valid driver’s license with a good driving record,
