As Consolidation Consultant (m/f/diverse) you are part of our General Accounting Team of Continental Automotive Technologies. You are responsible for the consolidation of financial data provided by consolidated units of the Continental Automotive Technologies Group under IFRS and the Continental Automotive Technologies Group policy and guidelines. With that, you centrally contribute to the preparation of Consolidated Group Financial Statements for legal and management reporting for Continental Automotive Technologies. Your responsibilities:Ensuring IFRS compliance of provided data and technical consolidation in the systemConsolidation of data to prepare Consolidated Financial Statements and additional information required for legal reporting, as well as technical consolidation in the systemsAnalysing the consolidation and reporting processes, monthly or quarterly closing and implementing changes on processes on organizational side (legal requirements or internal improvements)Subject-matter expert for consolidation issuesSupport and advisory to the Financial Shared Services and Country managerSecuring of Internal Controls over Financial Reporting for the consolidation process
