We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst with extensive experience in Customer Master Data Management (CMDM) and Veeva Network implementation to lead the business analysis activities for a global transformation program. This role will work closely with business stakeholders, data governance teams, and technical counterparts to define a scalable CMDM solution and ensure successful implementation.What you will be doing:Lead business requirement gathering and process analysis workshops across global/regional affiliates.Define and own end-to-end functional requirements for Veeva Network implementation.Collaborate with Veeva and integration teams on data model design, hierarchies, affiliations, and data flow.Support governance model design for HCP/HCO data quality, ownership, and lifecycle management.Facilitate alignment between global data strategy and local market needs, ensuring regulatory compliance (e.g., GDPR, transparency).Drive UAT planning and execution in coordination with business testers and IT teams.Provide strategic input on roadmap, change impact, and operational readiness.
