The successful candidate shall have the capability and experience to provide help desk ticket resolution in a knowledgeable, friendly and professional manner.Requirements: At a minimum in support of this effort the successful candidate will perform the following:Specific Qualifications: The successful candidate must possess the following:•Experience: 1 to 5 years in a computer science or related field•Technical Certification: COMPTIA A+ or 2 year degree in Information Systems field•Education: 2-year degree in Information Systems field
