Refocused marketing efforts have created this 20 hour/week year-round inside sales position. We are looking for someone who loves communicating with customers (both wholesale and retail) by telephone and e-mail. Contact with customers is based on both their expressed interest and targeted cold-calling. All computer systems are Mac based with individual training for in-house custom order entry systems to help the successful candidate gain proficiency and productivity with confidence. Ideal candidates need be proficient with Microsoft Office Word and Excel. Schedule is flexible, weekdays between 9:00 AM and 7:00 PM, to mutually suit the candidate's preferences and office needs. This is a unique position within a busy office/retail environment, and the candidate will work independently in a private office with a cohesive group of other multi-trained associates.
Job requirements: The successful candidate will have:
Experience selling to and serving customers
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience building solid customer relationships
Proven ability to anticipate customer needs, juggle multiple tasks and prioritize quickly.
Ability to work independently.
