This is a full-time position. Director, responsible for the overall leadership and management of a small center licensed for up to 49 children.

Roles of this position include but are not limited to establishing and maintaining enrollment, Advertising, health and safety regulation / license compliance, developing/coaching, supporting and supervising program staff, providing oversight to all program activities, and working in collaboration with staff, and other state agency departments.

Our facility is centrally located near many neighboring towns, creating opportunity to develop Many different programs in order to fulfill A wide variety of community needs.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide management and oversee day to day operation and compliance as well as parent satisfaction and growth.

Recruit and enroll participants;

Coordinate program development.

Coordinate Food Service.

Coordinate with staff and owner to ensure safe, organized, and appropriate learning environment.

Develop team facilitated curriculum, policies and protocols.

Develop and maintain successful budgets for sustainability for the program

Maintain parent relations

Establish performance protocols and management

Plan and coordinate training opportunities;

Participate in weekly staff meetings and

Other duties as identified by the Director of Programs

Hours of availability 6:30-5:30 daily. Flexibility to cover any times during those hours.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS/experience:

Seven or more years experience in childcare industry or five or more years childcare experience and and associates in early childhood education Or CDA.

WORK Skills

Supervisory and/or leadership skills are a must!

The ability to facilitate relationships with a DIVERSE array of clients and agency staff.

Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, time management, and computer/technology skills; and flexibility, and ability to creative problem solving skills.

Compensation and Benefits:

The salary range for this position is $41,000-$45,000 annually, depending on experience, skills, and qualifications.

Full-time, position working 30-40 hours a week.

Benefits: 40 hrs of PTO and 40 hours of sick time after 90 days, 9 paid holidays and Potential: Enrollment bonus plan
