I have been a landlord for over 20 years. Also, a Motivational Speaker and a unique comedian with Cerebral Palsy so my website and my YouTube channels are educational and motivational. My passion is speaking and performing my unique stand-up comedy act. My purpose is to change peoples misconceptions through my motivational speaking and my unique stand-up comedy. My tenants are shocked and amazed at first but then they realize that I am just like anyone else with wants, needs and goals.
I need help in all aspects of my life because I don't sit home and watch TV 24 hours a day. I have a job and hobbies, so I would need help cooking/eating, typing, light housework, driving, mowing the lawns, shoveling and help with maintaining apartments so a regular PSS doesn't really workout. Also, I need you to be reliable and willing to be a back-up. Must be a licensed driver with a clean record. A background check will be done. The job is in Turner, Maine so the closer you live the better.
Must not be a Yankee's fan, hahaha I told you I am a comedian.
