Our team is growing again and we are looking for a director who can lead a rockstar team of coaches, inspire our mission, and run a successful afterschool and summer camp program. Our programs are a blast and we have a high-energy and positive environment! If you love to be around positive people who love achieving goals, then our school is going to be a perfect fit!

Director responsibilities include:
ÂWorking with the owner to maintain the business culture and consistency
Supporting coaching staff and filling in as required
Assisting the team with maintaining a clean and "tour-ready" facility
Maintain positive parent, student, and staff, relationships
Ensure all inventory, equipment, crafts, and cleaning supplies are stocked
Disciplinary enforcement if needed
Updating social media 1-2 times per day
Implement trial and new student on-boarding system
Implement new hire on-boarding system
Ensure that marketing flyers are printed and distributed
Ensure all activities/materials are ready for the day
Process new student registrations and event registrations
Make sure the lobby is ready for business
Communicate with parents any injuries or behavioral problems
Report any maintenance or facility issues
Make sure that daily schedules are being followed
Manage the front desk
Give tours to new prospects
Market programs to enroll new students
