Busy independent BBQ joint seeks mature, experienced, independent, organized, reliable, flexible and friendly staff to join the team. Solid culinary and food safety skills, ability and willingness to work all aspects of our BBQ operation from cooking to customer service to cash management with good communication skills a must. Passion for BBQ and concession stand/food truck a plus. Food Service experience and the ability to work independently required. Full/part-time positions available.
