Ventuno, an acclaimed Italian restaurant, and Via Mare, a small plate Venetian restaurant are hiring a Chef de Partie for the season.
We are located on the beautiful Nantucket Island in Massachusetts, 30 miles off the coast of Cape Cod. If youve never been, the entire coastline is made up of sandy beaches, with lots of conservation land, bike paths, and farms. It was rated one of the best islands in the world by National Geographic, and for good reason, if you like to fish, forage, or just enjoy the beach with your free time this could be a great place for you.
We make everything from scratch, and we use the island's bounty to source as much of our food as possible. We work closely with island purveyors, fishermen, and farmers.
We are seeking passionate and highly motivated individuals with a drive to cook with the seasons. We are a seasoned crew, looking to fill out the last piece of the team. This is an exciting opportunity to cook, live, and represent one of the most beautiful places on earth.
We offer competitive wages based on experience. Bonuses are granted contingent on performance.
