Crispy Gai, a busy restaurant and cocktail bar in downtown Portland is hiring for a bartender. We are a casual, lively, fast-paced restaurant known for Thai-inspired fried chicken and a tropical leaning cocktail program. Our ideal candidate has at least 3 years of high-volume bartending experience and a strong knowledge of classic cocktails.
