The White Barn Inn & Spa, Auberge Resorts Collection is currently recruiting a motivated Dishwasher/Steward team player and results oriented, committed to providing outstanding dining and customer service every day.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots or pans, using dishwasher or by hand.
- Place clean dishes, utensils, or cooking equipment in storage areas.
- Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, or utensils in a clean and orderly manner
- Clean or prepare various foods for cooking or service
- Sweep or scrub floors
- Clean garbage cans with water or steam.
- Sort or remove trash placing it in designated pickup areas
- Comply with attendance rules and be available to work on a regular basis.
- Perform any other job related duties as assigned.
EXPERIENCE, SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE
Ideal candidate possess food service/hospitality experience.
Professional appearance and manner, good character to work in a fast-paced team.
Positive, honest and energetic work ethic.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS
Able to work on a flexible schedule, including week-ends and holidays, according to department needs.
Must be able to stand for at least 8 hours and be able to lift up, push, and pull at least 50 pounds.
