Seeking waitstaff with hospitality service experience for Seasonal Employment

Part-Time/Full-Time
$15 per hour
The York Harbor Reading Room is currently seeking motivated, initiative, reliable, and professional individuals capable of providing excellent service to members and their guests. Located on picturesque York Harbor Beach. Experience as a server or in hospitality is preferred however not required.
Shift Hours: Tuesdays 11-3pm, Wednesday -Friday 11-3pm/5-10pm, Saturday 11-2pm, Sundays 10-3pm/4:30-8:30pm
(Although schedules are most often made to your preference, be prepared to work holidays, events, etc. As well as staying later than closing time. Typical time off requests are required to be submitted at least two weeks prior to the desired request)

Be prepared to do the following
Take and deliver drink and food orders, consistently demonstrating high levels of service.
Prepare set ups for tables and/or rooms.
Follow proper accounting procedures.
Manage member inquiries in a timely and efficient manner.
Ensure compliance of high level service standards.
Will train applicants with a positive attitude.
Good communication skills are required.
Commitment to delivering high levels of service excellence.
Impeccable grooming standards.
Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations.
Able to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays
Ability to work on your own and with a team.
Willingness to set up and break down for events/special parties.
