1. Solid RESTAURANT MANAGEMENT experience with fast casual, high volume operations. A dedicated professional who knows, understands, and loves the restaurant & hospitality business. Proven ability to run a busy operation smoothly and independently, with a keen eye for detail, commitment to excellence, and a positive team spirit.
3. PROFESSIONAL DEMEANOR. Dynamic personality with great Customer Service and people skills. Able to 'work the room,' establish customer rapport, and ensure guest satisfaction on all levels. A hands-on team leader who leads and motivates by example.
4. Strong ANALYTICAL, STRATEGIC, financial, and decision-making abilities. A problem solver with a solid sense of business, financial & cost controls, business-building strategies, and overall growth.
