Scratch Baking Co. is hiring for a Savory Eats/Deli manager.
Each day we make a variety of pre-made biscuit and bagel breakfast sandwiches, lunch sandwiches using our incredible bread, salads, prepared salads, quiche and more.
This position encompasses all aspects of the ‘deli’ department including but not limited to prepping/making, scheduling, ordering, costing, and working with the bread, pastry and front of the house teams. While we do have semi ‘set’ menu in place there is tremendous potential for growth and creativity for the right person.
This is full time salaried position with days/hours tbd but generally there is an early morning start and done by 2 pm.
