Job Purpose: The Belter/Sorter is responsible for preparing outgoing mail while ensuring 100% accuracy. The belter assists the insert operator by ensuring that all mail is prepared according to the job specifications.
Requirements:
Good attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
Ability to multi-task.
Possess ability to maintain high productivity with minimal supervision.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work in a team environment.
