Part time maintenance person 30 hours fully paid medical dental benefits, vacation, Holidays
Job Description: We are looking for someone to come in Monday- Friday Hours: 7am-1pm schedule slightly flexible
Duties Include:
Daily maintenance of outside walkways of building (sweeping, trash pick-up, general clean-up of area)
Weekly maintenance of parking garage (sweeping, general clean-up)
Checking/Cleaning all drains (both garages, terrace)
Weekly walk through of the roof (pick up any screws, nails…)
Checking the trash room and changing over dumpsters when needed
Daily walkthrough/maintenance of the gym, laundry room, pool area (checking on supplies in each room)
Daily walkthrough/ maintenance of the shared terrace (organizing/cleaning furniture, checking/tidying grill area)
Tasks needed by maintenance/office (delivering packages, helping with repairs in apartments, changing out appliances, responding to maintenance requests, etc.)
We do have landscaping contracts already in place, some seasonal help would include:
Winter: snow blowing garage doors & keeping walkways clear from snow/ice
Summer: general maintenance of garden areas + main entryways
