General maintenance individual needed at our Chelsea building facility. This position works out of this main location and provides support to the local area project manager for new construction.
Duties include:
Clean outs of new construction properties
Errands in support of new construction staff
General building and grounds maintenance (mowing, painting, building repairs, etc)
Cleaning of facilities
Needed:
Handyman skills and experience operating general building tools (nail gun, table saw, chop saw, etc).
Drivers license and reliable transportation.
