HELP WANTED
Site Laborer Position
Key Responsibilities:
Site Cleanliness: Pick up trash and debris to maintain a clean and organized work environment. Ensure subcontractors clean up their work areas, both inside and outside.
Cleaning: Assist in cleaning basements, interiors, and garages. Sweep and remove debris from the worksite.
Pre-Inspection Cleaning: Clean recently framed housing in preparation for inspections.
Material Handling: Move, stack, and organize interior and exterior lumber and other supplies.
Supply Runs: Occasionally retrieve materials or supplies from offsite locations, as needed.
Site Truck Use: Utilize the site truck for on-site transportation only. Do not take the vehicle offsite.
Punch List Assistance: Assist with Punch List tasks assigned by management.
Attention to Detail: Ensure thoroughness in all tasks, with a focus on quality and efficiency.
Basic Carpentry Skills: Basic knowledge of carpentry and organization, pouring of concrete pads.
Various Odd Jobs: Perform miscellaneous tasks as directed by management.
Qualifications:
Must have a valid driver’s license
Strong attention to detail.
Basic carpentry skills required.
Ability to perform physical tasks and lift materials.
Reliable and punctual.
Ability to work well with others in a team environment.
Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
