He mentors his coworkers with continuing education at the salon and with Goldwell seminars. Guy, is Goldwell and Sassoon trained, making several trips to Sassoon advanced academy in London UK. He also brings one team member each year to the Goldwell color zoom event in Us or Europe. Those educational trips define and boost the team's inspiration, motivation and creativity.
