The gym provides all the essential equipment to help your adult clients as well as youth athletes excel at his/her sport(s). This training opportunity provides use of waiting room/restroom/shower with climate control & plenty of natural lighting. All grounds maintenance/plowing included. The rent is negotiable based on times needed. It includes electric, heat, water & Wi-Fi. A one month security deposit with six month lease is required.
