Looking for experienced carpenters with solid carpentry skills. Qualified carpentry candidates must have attention to detail, positive attitude, and be able to follow directions. Carpenter Must have own hand tools and reliable transportation.
5+ years of experience preferred, at least 3 years required
Qualified carpentry candidates must have at least 2 verifiable work-related references in the carpentry/construction field.
Qualifications and Skills
2+ years experience in carpentry/commercial construction: General carpentry, Finish carpentry. Preferred experience in several areas including framing, siding, blocking, temporary walls, new construction, window/door installation, general carpentry, finish carpentry. However, will also consider candidates that are more specialized in framing, or finish carpentry.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a carpenter or similar role
- Proficient in using various carpentry tools and equipment
- Strong knowledge of different carpentry techniques and materials
- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects
We work in southern Maine, as well as the greater Portland and surrounding areas.
