Superior Energy Solutions – Southern & Central Maine Regions, is seeking dynamic, motivated, career minded individual.
We are looking for commercial/industrial service technicians who have worked in the HVAC&R industry with 5+ years’ experience. The candidates will be responsible for performing maintenance, diagnosis, and repair of many types of heating, ventilation, air- conditioning and refrigeration systems and must have a solid understanding of those mechanical systems and how they are controlled. Our candidates will provide exceptional customer service to our customers with a willingness to assist our clients in stressful high-pressure situations.
Typical Job Duties include:
Position Primary Responsibilities Service, troubleshoot, repair and maintain many varieties of mechanical systems such as:
Large Hydronic systems, Chillers and systems associated with them, building controls Tracer/Auto Zone/Honeywell/Johnson/Ez- zone etc., water source heat pumps, Packaged Roof top equipment, Conventional split systems, Mini-Split systems, walk-in/ reach-in refrigeration, ice machines, Make up air/ exhaust systems
Assists other technicians and/or other employees as needed. Resolves customer concerns or complaints in a professional and helpful manner and provide customers with solutions to their energy, comfort and any safety-related needs. Ensures the safe use of tools and company service vehicles. Understands, follows and advocates company policies and local, state and federal rules, regulations, and codes pertaining to the safe installation and service of all equipment while creating relationships with state and local authorities.Superior Completes required paperwork and documentation in a professional and legible manner, using an I pad tablet for completing work orders.
Provide maximum customer service, accurate communication, and courtesy to all workers, management and customers.
Perform each day's tasks according to the procedure system as assigned by management.
