Project Manager Needed

I am looking for a project manger for a residential construction company. Responsibilities include working with a lead carpenter on a job to manage personal tasks, organization, and details. The position would require interfacing with the owner, carpenters, subs, and clients. Experience in the construction field and an understanding of the building process is required. A qualified individual would be able to visualize a job, read a blueprint, and understand how things are supposed to look throughout the building process. $1,000 sign on bonus available for a qualified person looking to join the team.
