This role entails running printing and mailing machines to produce printed products (letters, statements, and other documents). This individual sets up the machines, loads files, mixes ink, and ensures everything prints correctly. They monitor machines for errors, perform routine troubleshooting, and complete finishing work like cutting, folding, or stitching the final products.
Additional responsibilities include:
Using computer software to prepare files for printing.
Keeping records of jobs completed and any issues.
Performing regular cleaning and maintenance on the machines.
Communicating with the production team to keep work on schedule.
