A client in the Greater Oxford, ME area is looking for an IT Manager with a Manufacturing background to join their ERP team. The ideal candidate will have exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Candidates must be local to the Greater Oxford area or be willing to relocate.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Monitor annual budget and ensure cost effectiveness for the IT department

  • Manage and coordinate all IT-related matters including data, wireless communications, mobile technology, telephony, security, and computer hardware and software

  • Trouble-shoot and solve problems related to hardware, software, and network problems

  • Research and recommend acquisition of network hardware and software

  • Lead development and implementation processes for the organization's IT systems and department

  • Monitor network utilization and performance, implement procedures for network optimization, reliability, and availability

Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum of a four-year degree from an accredited college or university in computer sciences
  • 4 - 6 years of supervisory experience
  • Microsoft Systems Administration/System Engineer certification desired
  • Excellent verbal and writing skills
  • Project and time management skills
  • Syteline or other ERP experience
