Required Skills:

Salesforce certified admin or advanced admin.
Experience in implementations in Salesforce from start to end
Experience in Salesforce CRM
Pro efficient in doing complex flows, process builders.
Ability to work independently, capture requirements and provide solutions.
Should have done 1 or 2 Salesforce projects from scratch.
