Job Description

The Technology Pitch Lead, Media is a newly created, home-based role within dentsu Media with the responsibility to represent and drive End-to-End Media Technology Platform for Planning and Buying in global media pitches and existing clients.

The Technology Pitch Lead, Media is responsible for managing all global pitch RFI, RFP and content and demonstrations for pitches, working with the product and customer success teams to ensure the best information and story is told to showcase dentsu’s excellence in Media technologies.

Alongside the above responsibilities, the Technology Pitch Lead, Media will gain an understanding of dentsu’s global media technologies and platforms to manage and coordinate with multiple agencies, multi-channel marketing RFIs, RFPs and presentation development processes, in alignment with the pitch stages. These processes include:

  • engaging and managing new business pitch teams and resources of all levels
  • creating robust project plans and timelines
  • gathering and creating appropriate content for proposal and pitch use
  • driving the established project plan to execute and produce high-quality winning documents on time and to the specifications of our prospects and clients

Key Accountabilities

Technology Pitch Lead, Media accountabilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Works closely with our Chief Business Development Officer and Head of Business Change and Rollout and the Regional Hub Leads to plan for each pitch and creates the relevant content to support
  • Creates and maintains content and sales materials about dentsu’s media technology platforms
  • Maintains an integrated master schedule for business development support
  • Works closely with the global L&D team to field requests from agencies for dentsu materials and training
  • Contributes to new business/prospect meeting planning as needed
  • Manages all global pitch queries relating to Media technologies as point of contact POC across dentsu
  • BD and sales materials
  • Creates Business Development materials – including decks, kits, books, boards, etc. and develops new materials needed for prospect touchpoints and new business meetings as needed
  • Organizes, maintains, and makes available to the relevant parties a central repository of all new business material and general materials
  • Maintains and updates library of network/agency case studies

Qualifications

  • Four+ years of experience workingin the media industryat an agency orholding company
  • Proven capability at managing pitch processes

  • Background in media technologies

  • Able to communicate with all levels of the organization

  • Excellent interpersonal skills

  • Excellent organizational skills

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Strong leadership skills

  • Problem-solving abilities

  • Analytical, detail-oriented
