A Systems Analyst III is an experienced IT professional dealing with the implementation, enhancement, validation and maintenance of IT application and/or infrastructure systems in support of our everyday business needs. A Systems Analyst III performs the following major activities:- Works collaboratively with partners in IT, business areas and vendors in understanding, and enhancing business requirements to create technical, and functional specifications.
- Leads the design, build, validation, implementation and maintenance of IT application systems and/or infrastructre solutions in support of our current, and future business needs.
- Produces list of deliverables, cost estimates and time estimates related to the assigned project(s) in order to assist with effective project/initiative management.
- Interfaces with IT PMO, architecture, and service delivery teams among others in support of delivering timely, qualitative, robust and scalable solutions.
- Helps partner teams determine whether a solution(s) needs to be developed internally or procured from external sources.
- Helps determine integration needs and design/development/solution patterns that can be reused optimally.
- Interfaces with and guides software engineers and/or vendor partners in providing clarifications on design patterns, as needed.
- Performs solution verification to esnure the solution is built in acordance with the specifications meeting business and technical requirements.
- Responsible for technology lifecycle portfolio management from conceptualization until retirement in one or more areas.
- Provides support and/or interfaces with support teams, internal or external, to ensure business and technical issues with applications and/or infrastructure are resolved timely and effectively.
- technically directs and advises other professionals and is responsible for the success of the leading edge of critical solution construction, implementation, and system integration.
- Oversees the delivery of new and highly complex high quality solutions in response to unique business requirements.
- Maintains a clear vision and full understanding of Ahold Delhaize and Ahold Delhaize IT overall strategies and contributes to policy making.
- Influences senior Ahold Delhaize business personnel, including senior executive management, when issues are unique, complex and difficult.
- Fosters and engages in teamwork at the highest management and technical levels.
- This position requires expert knowledge across multiple platforms, processes or architectures.
- Coach and/or Mentor Solutions team members, as planned in Individual Development Plans.
- Ensures proper recognition and application of security requirements
- Proficiently articulate analysis approach, objectives, execution and outcomes of analysis that translate into issue resolution or decisions
- Working knowledge of MDM Tools, technologies, principles and discipline
- Preferred expertise with Stibo Systems and IBM MDM toolsets
- Skilled at developing and extending the technology and leading team members in these activities as well as reviewing the development and ensuring quality.
- Expertise in tool administration
- Able to identify entities, attributes, relationships, cardinalities, primary and foreign keys appropriate for various data models
- Proficient and adaptable to various modeling technologies
- Understand and articulate the different phases and purpose of the different data models (contextual, conceptual, logical, physical). Able to represent the intention of the model to various audiences.
- Able to apply modeling best practices and evaluate models for accuracy and efficiency based on the appropriate level of normalization.
- Expertise in at least one MDM domain and familiar with other domains major principles, e.g. Product, Supplier, Customer, etc.
- Experienced in implementing Data Governance, MDM and RDM practices in both the IT and Business areas.
- Able to build data management practice documentation and standards within one or more domains
- B.S. in Computer Science, Engineering or related field. Master's degree is a plus
- 7 years of direct experience

- Experience working with Integration technologies such as MuleSoft, Tibco, DataStage, etc.
- Experience working with big data factories such as Azure
- Experience and working knowledge of security practices and controls
- Experience in server management
- Experience with methods of administering CI/CD pipelines such as environment management, code automation, source code control systems, automated testing frameworks, infrastructure as a service, etc.
- Experience working with CI/CD pipeline tools such as GitHub, Jenkins, Selenium, etc.
- Advanced knowledge in SQL, NoSQL, Object/Graph Oriented, Document and Relational Databases
