Job Summary: The Registered Nurse is an essential member of the patient care team responsible for delivering direct and indirect care utilizing the nursing process according to the standards of the American Nurses Association (ANA). The Registered Nurse is responsible for assessing health status, developing and executing interventions collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team and evaluating patient responses to interventions.The Registered Nurse delegates those interventions which may be performed by others, supervises as appropriate and provides education to patients, families and healthcare professionals. Requirements:
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with up to six (6) months Registered Nurse experience.
Current RN license within the state of practice.
Current American Heart Association Healthcare Provider BLS Certification.
IV Certification preferred.Skills: Basic computer knowledge.
