We are currently seeking a

• Hands-on SimCorp Dimension experience ideal for this role
• End-user support experience on the client-side
• Understanding of asset classes and experience with Investment Accounting Systems
• Strong general knowledge of asset management operations
• Willing and able to share knowledge and train colleagues in an efficient and structured manner
• Able to support Dimension and trouble shoot and resolve Batch and CA related issues
• Work with business clients, internal and external teams to debug or trouble shoot application errors and defectsComfortable working in a global environment
• Ability to consult on implementation approaches and production support pitfalls
• Knowledge of best practices regarding Dimension support, change management, and upgrades
• Determine relative priorities in a very busy production support 24/6 environment
• Follow and own tasks from start to finish displaying ownership and persistence to ensure resolution often coordinating with multiple parties
• Strong documentation skills and procedure design abilities
• Attention to detail and comfortable working in a regulated and audited environment
• Operate with a high degree of independence
