This position will initially be responsible for the assisting the multiple Cloud teams including Hub, Enterprise Forms, Enterprise Service Requests, Spatial, OpenAPI, Workflow, Assurance and more.

That includes designing great code and frameworks that work well in the cloud, helping to bring along our suite of products and providing training and assistance to other teams. Don't worry if you don't know everything about running products in AWS. We will train you first.

The Ideal Candidate
  • Is interested in being part of a high performing team and bringing their gifts and energy to the team dynamic.
  • Is a quick learner who is highly organized and able to juggle multiple projects at once.
  • Is calm under pressure and skilled at in triaging situations.
  • Is self-motivating and exhibits high levels of ownership.
  • Has 4+ years of cloud-focused experience as a devops engineer, software engineer, or a similar discipline using AWS.
  • Has knowledge of the Tyler Cloud Platform & product patterns.
  • Has experience with common technologies such as git and Docker.
  • Understands CI/CD processes including technical components such as GitHub Actions and Harness Deployment Pipelines.
  • Familiarity with C#, Linux, HTML5, JavaScript, TypeScript, .NET, Angular, and REST APIs.
  • Has working knowledge of traditional RDBMS and NoSQL database technologies, including PostgreSQL and DynamoDb.
  • Is interested in working with other engineers to help scale and optimize their services.
Other Beneficial Skills and Knowledge
  • Strong RESTful knowledge.
  • Experience with automated tests, continuous deployment, and test-driven development.
  • Experience with LocalStack.
  • Experience with Terraform.
On a Typical Day, You Might
  • Work closely with the Architecture team on existing patterns and practices and then support other applications in areas of need.
  • Help executing on tasks created to ensure critical items such as security vulnerabilities, end-of-life frameworks or other tasks are completed in a timely manner.
  • Facilitate and participate in code reviews for the teams.
  • Help a product team deliver critical functionality to meet client needs.

State-Specific Salary Range Disclosure Requirements

Salary will generally fall between $66,585 - $87,612 before adjustment for geographic differences. Recruiter can confirm if position is incentive eligible.
