Role and Responsibilities

The Cybersecurity Technical Lead positions will work with the Assurance Practice Manager and Director of Innovation & Product Development to create and maintain the assurance departments technical capabilities, methodologies, toolsets, and procedures to ensure that we deliver a quality project to our clients. The Technical Leads will have the ability to complete a wide range of client facing projects and will assist assurance staff with technical issues / complications on client projects. The Technical leads will develop training material and train new members of the Assurance Team on the various methodologies / tools used to perform the assurance projects.

Essential Functions
  • Stay abreast of industry advancements and develop/maintain the tools, techniques, and procedures used to deliver assurance projects.
  • Develops and maintains accurate, efficient, and effective methodology / documentation to guide the work of Assurance Team members through each engagement type.
  • Create, maintain, and manage the Assurance Practice training program, related documentation, and materials.
  • Train / mentor assurance staff as they onboard and advance into more complex assessments.
  • Cultivate and maintain the ability to complete multiple project engagement types at a high level of proficiency. Perform assurance projects.
  • Participate in project report reviews with clients.
  • Collaborate with technical leads, the Assurance Practice Manager, and the Director of Innovation & Product Development to enhance the assurance practices competitive offerings and report deliverables.
  • Participate in the peer review process of assurance deliverables.
  • Actively participate in Company and team meetings.
  • Other duties as assigned by leadership.
  • Qualifications and Education Requirements

    Associate's degree in technology, information systems, or related field. Successful candidate will have 5+ years' information security experience. Working understanding and experience performing technical testing engagements, including configuration assessments, vulnerability assessments, firewall reviews, social engineering, and penetration tests. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience with Microsoft Office suite.

    Preferred Skills Bachelor's degree in technology, information systems, or related field preferred. OSCP, OSWP, GSLC, GLEG, GWAPT or CISSP a plus.

    State Specific Salary Range Disclosure Requirements for Colorado, Connecticut, and Nevada

    Salary will generally fall between $86,772 - $150,000 before adjustment for geographic differences. Recruiter can confirm if position is incentive eligible.
