Join a new team with the mission to assist product teams in providing a consistent user interface to Tyler applications. Using Tyler's component library and significantly contributing back to its buildout. This team provides targeted assistance to create Angular front-end applications for any back-end. Working closely with product teams that maintain the back-end, this team solves the front-end problems of multi-browser compatibility, re-usability, ADA compliance and conformance to UX guidelines and standards. Work with our innovative software solutions that help local government and school districts centralize data and connect their organizations. By working to develop and support our financial management solutions, you can help integrate our solutions with human resources, revenue management, tax billing, and asset management. Location Yarmouth, Maine Travel 0-5% Responsibilities Work with product and project teams to create front-end applications with public facing usability over any back-end. Help guide department in front-end application development, with a focus on ease of use, re-usability and consistency. Work closely with UX staff to provide ease of use and consistency in designs. Continue to grow and self-educate, with a focus on industry standards and direction, and transfer this knowledge to the department. Qualifications Web Development experience, with an emphasis on performance, accessibility and security. Experience interacting with APIs and delivering scalable, robust and well-tested code. Knowledge and experience with JavaScript, HTML and CSS. Knowledge and experience with Typescript, SASS or Angular is helpful. Knowledge and experience with .NET, MVC and Visual Studio Knowledge and understanding of Material Design. Knowledge and understanding with Git or similar. Knowledge and understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies. Knowledge and understanding of UI/UX best practices, with attention to design details & consistency. Comfortable with ambiguity with ability to apply creative solutions to drive to a successful project outcome. Ability to deliver technical solutions on expedited timelines.
