This Role has daily responsiblities that include but not limited to :Coordinate with MilTech Solutions and US Army and DoD customers to define training requirements and develop a strategy to address those requirementsCoordinate with Product Leads and Consortium Support Representative (CSR) Lead and CSRs to ensure training products and modifications are completed accurately, timely, pass testing, and are made available to the customer baseProactively develop and deliver course content for MilTech Solutions capabilities including designing course curriculum, developing course content including demonstrations for live sessions conducted via webinar and/or classroom, develop and maintain online courses and reference materials including quick reference guides.Work with internal and external training team representatives and SMEs to ensure curriculum is created and modified for the most up-to-date trainingProduce training plans including timelines and overall strategy to meet internal and external customer requirements.Evaluate, scope and develop a level of effort for customer training requirements for both MilTech Solutions and customer capabilities. Develop and deliver course content for customers as requested.Administer milUniversity in collaboration with the MilTech milSuite teamContribute as part of the Value Added Services team to the end-to-end customer support modelParticipate in standing and ad hoc customer meetingsSupport quarterly customer and leadership meetingsCoordinate team progress of functional changes with key stakeholdersCoordinate with company and customer leadership to ensure modifications (changes, additions and deletions) to training resources and training delivery platform are defined, realistic, verifiable, and manageableProvide customer updates concerning all changes in requirements and deliverable statusAttend all pertinent working groups and IPTs as requiredResponsible for ensuring training mechanisms are current, relevant, accurate and efficient to affect the learning objective(s).Research and coordinate as available new training mechanisms that enhance the learning experienceStay abreast of training resources and availability across the US Army, DoD, and commercial sectorReport training event accomplishments and lessons learnedSchedule, coordinate, and delivery virtual and on-site trainingTrack and submit all training deliveryDevelop training templates and checklistsRequirements include:Minimum 8 years professional work experienceSolid appreciation for US Army and DoD customer work environmentProven experience developing curriculum, content and delivering courses for Information Technology systems.Proven ability to rapidly learn new systems and develop content for delivering courses.Ability to create online courses and content.Familiarity with US Army and DoD training approach, expectations, and resourcesDemonstrated proficiency as a project lead: defining scope of effort, establishing and managing project schedule, defining and monitoring tasks, delivery of productSolid understanding of MS Office toolsHigh level proficiency with Microsoft SharePointHigh level proficiency with MS ProjectFamiliarity with Microsoft TeamsExperience using and teachingM365 and SharePoint OnlineExperience with Army, DoD, and commercial Learning Management SystemsB.S.
