Program Manager Technology Enabled Analytics (TEA).Data Systems Analysts, Inc. is searching for an experienced Program Manager.The Program Manager will support the Intelligence and Information Warfare Directorate (I2WD) located at Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD. The scope of this effort is to support research, development, assessment, adaption, transformation, testing, integration, demonstration, transition, fielding, sustainment, and enhancement of the designated information and/or intelligence software systems with Multi-Domain Operations (MDO) war-fighting capabilities. DSA will assist the I2WD in the goal of meeting the needs of increasingly complex systems requirements and technologies.Required Education, Certifications and Security ClearanceBachelor's Degree in Engineering or Computer ScienceTS//SCIRequired QualificationsDemonstrated experience with Project Management principles, processes, strategies, and techniques.At least 10 years of experience in managing all aspects of large scale software development programs, including support services of multiple efforts simultaneously to meet the contractual requirements in cost, schedule, and performanceAt least 10 years of experience in achieving the timeliness of performance for services and product deliverablesAt least 10 years of experience demonstrating capability of developing efficient and effective solutions in meeting stakeholder requirements, and technical /mission needsExcellent communication skills (written and verbal) with strong client management, presentation, and facilitation skills.Results-oriented with experience working in a high-level collaborative environment and promoting a teamwork mentality.Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skillsAbility to operate independently, or collaboratively across multiple functional areasExperience with Project Management Tools (e.g., JIRA/Kanban, MS Project, & MS Office)Prior project management experience supporting DoD programs of 30-60 FTEs (Preferably Army)Desired QualificationsProject Management Professional (PMP) CertificationExperience managing projects supporting AWS or Azure solutionsCMMI, ISO, and Quality Management Systems experienceFamiliarity with Agile Software Development and DevOps practicesProven ability to participate in the analysis of IT and business issues, specifically the translation of concepts to technical implementers and non-technical decision-makers clearly and completely with minimal preparationExperience supporting technology delivery to commercial or government clients (via engineering, testing, deployment, operation, or maintenance of IT systems)Salary and Benefits include but not limited to:
