Data Systems Analysts, Inc. is searching for a Senior Software Engineer with a TS/SCI to work OCONUS. The Senior Software Engineer will support the Intelligence and Information Warfare Directorate (I2WD) located at Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD. The scope of this effort is to support research, development, assessment, adaption, transformation, testing, integration, demonstration, transition, fielding, sustainment, and enhancement of the designated information and/or intelligence software systems with Multi-Domain Operations (MDO) warfighting capabilities. DSA will assist the I2WD in the goal of meeting the needs of increasingly complex systems requirements and technologies.Required Education, Certifications and Security Clearance BS degree in Engineering or Computer Science DoD 8570.01 IAT or IAM Level II certification TS // SCIRequired Qualifications Minimum 12 years of progressively complex experience in: o Computer simulation, enterprise architectures, advanced networking techniques and protocols, data bases, high-order programming languages, and operating systems with establishing technology product specifications o Continuous improvement of software development process; and performance of root cause analysis o Creating cloud based highly distributed product delivery environments and defining the technical architecture for the application migration to cloud. Minimum of four years of experience in design and development of advanced networking techniques and protocols, data base management systems, and programming in high order languages. Experience supporting, maintaining, and documenting software functionality. Demonstrated experience in capturing, analyzing, and decomposing stakeholder and/or product requirements in order to generate design solutions that will be implemented, tested, and eventually transitioned to the operational environment that acknowledge technical, compliance, schedule, and cost constraint.Desired Qualifications Experience in working with cloud technologies, including Amazon Web Services (AWS) or Microsoft Azure Experience with ICITE Cloud concepts and architectures Knowledge of Agile software development project methodologies Experience conducting Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) analysis to include: software analysis, code analysis, requirements analysis, software review, and identification of code metrics, system risk analysis, security analysis, and software reliability analysis. Experience designing, engineering, implementing, and maintaining software development solutions in secure processing environments which must adhere to U.S. Government Information Assurance and Security standards such as the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs). Familiarity with the concept, implementation, and operations associated with DevOps in a hybrid IT organization, with personal experience working with disparate Software Development and Operations and Maintenance (O&M) teams to support a variety of in-house development code-based solutions through a Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE TS/SCI DOD CLEARANCE ; this will be verified prior to interview.
