DSA islooking to fill various positions despite the COVID-19 and are managing our workforce within the compliance of all state requirements.Data Systems Analysts, Inc. is searching for an Information Manager to support a Department of Defense customer located in Aberdeen, MD. Successful candidates shall provide technical support and guidance to senior leadership to include the following:

  • Provide technical expertise and management to research, test and plan implementation and integration of new information technologies.
  • Application of information technology policies, principles, and practices in the delivery of planning, management and technical services for the organization.
  • Responsible for the collection, analysis, and dissemination of program information generated across all projects.
  • Recommend enhancements for efficiency of IT systems through modification and application of emergent technologies.
  • Provide technical expertise to develop and maintain processes to manage complex information technology (IT) requirements.
  • Maintain SharePoint site architecture in areas of expertise to ensure near real-time coordination, review, and storage of documents.
  • Provide support to Information Technology Program Manager (IT PM) and Director Chief Information Officer (CIO) in their enterprise architecture, data standardization, portfolio management, and asset management tasks.
  • Develop reusable artifacts, templates, checklists, best practices, guidelines and documentation that IT and non-IT staffs can use to help their systems achieve IT standardization, interoperability, net centricity, and supportability.
  • Participate in the organization's Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) and provide support regarding practical compliance with laws, regulations, waivers and policy for IT acquisition, certification, and sustainment of net-centric, interoperable, and spectrum dependent systems and devices.
  • Lead, and / or participate in multidisciplinary, multicultural, geographically dispersed teams to help them implement best practices for IT engineering, acquisition, interoperability, data standardization, net readiness, data rights, and system integration.
  • Collaborate with IT services providers as needed to ensure IT requirements are being met by the baseline IT services provider.
  • Meet with customers to gather requirements, analyze, review and plan for execution of customer requirements on both classified and unclassified Information Technology (IT) services.
Experience and/or Certifications
  • Standard Requirement: Possess a Bachelor's degree as well as three (3) years of relevant experience.
  • Tradeoff Requirement: Possess an Associates' degree and five (5) years of relevant experience.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Shall have or able to obtain within 6 months a DoD 8570 Baseline Certification, IAT Level II or higher, example CompTIA Security+
